Refund & Return Policy

At Lexprime Watches, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the watch must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or signs of use
• In its original packaging, including the box, warranty card, and all accessories
• Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

• Watches purchased during clearance or final sale
• Watches with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
• Customized or engraved products (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at lexprimewatches@gmail.com or contact us via  +91 9813478352 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and share pickup/return shipping instructions within 5 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 6-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — you'll be asked to share your bank/UPI details securely after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item received.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, strap color, or model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order — we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Warranty vs. Returns
Manufacturing defects covered under our watch warranty are handled separately — see our Warranty page — and are not subject to the 7-day return window.
